What is Your Cancellation Policy?

Parties have up to 24 hours before the appointment or else they will pay the full price of the service. Parties are allowed one time for rescheduling with the same deposit.

What if I do not show up to my appointment?

If you do not show p to your appointment, yo will be charged the full price of the service.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

You are able to reschedule your appointment one time up to 12 hours before your service. Choose the same service and find a day/time that works best for you.. If you reschedule less than 12 hours in advance, you must pay full price of the appointment.

How do I modify my appointment?

You can modify your appointment 6 hours before your professional arrives. Simply send us a message. Please note that although your request is sent, professionals can decline if it does not align with the service.

What If I am late to my appointment?

Your professional(s) will wait up to 20 minutes before leaving the designated area. If you arrive late, your appointment will still conclude the same time it is booked. If you would like to extend your time, there will be an hourly fee of $75/hr.

How do I make a group reservation?

To make a group reservation, view the group packages tab on our services page to request your service. A member of our team will respond in 12-24 hours.

How do I join the team?

Thank you for your interest in joining our team! To apply, please click the "Join the Team" tab in or men bar and click apply now. You will scroll down to your preferred area and fill out the application. Once your information is received, please allow5-7 business days for one of our executives to reach out to you.

Will I be notified when my professional is on the way?

Yes, you will receive a message letting you know when your professional is in route.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Please allow 15 minutes before and after your appointment to set up/breakdown the necessary equipment for your service. Please review the list do's and don'ts sent to your email to properly prepare for your service.

Is Gratuity Included?

Yes, a gratuity of 20% is automatically added to your booking fee. If you would like to add an additional tip, you can do so through Vagaro or pay cash.

Can I split payment?

At this time, we are able to split payment.  The card put on file will be charged for the service.

How does Beauté Debonair find their professionals?

Beauté Debonair hand selects its professionals through a 3-step interviewing process to ensure they are certified and qualified to perform our listed services.


Step: 1 Fill out a survey with qualification, experiences, and references.


Step 2: The professional will meet online with an executive for the second interview to observe professionalism.


Step 3: Beauté Debonair will have the professional perform the service in person to exude their skills match our level of expertise. 

Why should I book the bridal trial?

The bridal trial presents idea of what your wedding glam will look like to avoid any surprises. Our Beauty Team will arrive to the client's home or venue to perform the requested service. You will be able to try two hair styles and two makeup looks curated to perfection based on your feedback. The bride will receive a special gift and complimentary champagne or non-alcoholic beverage.
